STATS:
Me ... 26 this year (or 19 for the 8th time) ... an idealistic and occasionally flighty Aquarian of seasonal hair (warm and reddish in the summer ... cool and dark brown in the winter) and dark blue eyes.
A Witch of roughly 8 years crafting my reality, and a Pagan of roughly 10 years wandering a less travelled path. Livning, working and dreaming in beautiful, green British Columbia ... more specifically in historic New Westminster.
DOINGS:
A myriad of hobbies keeps me busy during waking hours ... from sewing and knitting to herb crafts and candle making ... to cooking and container gardening.
My craft and my faith permeat every corner of my life, and are an endless source of inspiration, philisophical contemplation, study, practise, and the occasional flaring of drama (apparently one cannot live without teh dwama).
POLITICA:
I don't much care for politics in general (far too much drama and dishonesty for my tastes). I support the Green Party, and many of the NDP platforms. My own philosophy doesn't support one person or party being in complete control of the country (Canada isn't set up that way anyway), but there are issues that I want voiced in the House of Commons.
I want environmental concerns (and issues important to BC) to enter into the thinking process of our politicians' decisions, and I am willing to donate my time and my money to seeing that happen.
LOVES:
Simple things make me happy ... from a hot cup of coffee to chase away the morning chill, to a moonlit walk in the park, the breathtaking beauty of our forests, mountains and coastline.
IRRITANTS:
People can be terribly ugly creatures sometimes. They visit their frustrations and prejudices on their supposed 'societal lessers' (and the world around them) in an uncaring and thoughtless manner that just disgusts me to the core.
THOSE COURAGEOUS OF HEART:
I can be difficult at times, and those who choose to give their support and love are worthy of great praise (and some sort of award). My beloved fiance, ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) wintersdark, has stood by my side through times when I couldn't always stand alone.
My brother, though hard headed and defiant, is ever defending my honor against those who suck (or would suck my vitality and self worth from my very soul if given the chance).
My two precious kitties, whose furry cuddles calm and warm me in times of fear and dispair.
Last, but not least, my friends ... I am certain that I don't tell you all often enough how much you all mean to me. I would not have made it as far as I have without your support and guidence.
